How do I submit my poster?

If you are a Rutgers-New Brunswick student, we welcome you to submit your works. Please contact the coordinator of the program that you are associated with.  If you are not sure whom to contact, please Contact Us.

Will my poster be kept at this website permanently?

As of August 1st, 2026, student projects will be retained for three years and then retired

My professor wants to publish the research with me.  Can I still submit the poster?

Please check with your professor or other collaborators if they are planning to submit a paper to a journal or file a patent application.  When novelty is involved, we encourage you to discuss it with your collaborators.   You may not need to disclose all the details of discovery in your poster.
